Wrong!! If you think of your hair when it’s been dirty & oily what does it feel and look like?
We can’t do much with it because the oils that are on our hair weigh the strands down making it way less likely to hold a curl!
When we have clean hair it’s got a lot more volume and fullness and it allows the hairdresser to apply products perfect for your hair type to create the hold it needs!
So what do you need to do before your wedding day to prep your hair?
Making sure you have clean and dry hair the day before the wedding is the key!
Two light shampoos making sure the hair is nice and clean, then using a small amount of conditioner on the mid lengths to ends only massage in.
NO heavy moisturising masks that will make your hair too soft and heavy!
Don’t let your hair dry naturally.
Blow dry your hair nice and smooth using a brush.
This will give your hair more volume less frizz and will not go greasy as quickly.
Then I swoop in with a spray and dust of my favourite products giving you hair volume, long lasting hold and leaves you feeling fresh!
